Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy:

All appointments need to be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a charge of 50% of our $50 per hour cancellation fee, depending on the duration of the appointment. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a full charge of $50 per hour cancellation fee will apply, based on the scheduled appointment time. Please note that all cancellation fees will be processed at the conclusion of the scheduled service.

Late Appointment Policy:

Guests who arrive 15 minutes later than the scheduled start time may experience changes to their appointment. This could include rescheduling, as determined by the service provider based on the service booked. Additionally, these appointments may require payment for the full scheduled service due to the time allocated for that appointment.

Appointment Booking Policy:

All online appointments must have a credit card on file to confirm the booking. New guests who book appointments by phone are also required to provide a credit card. Returning clients who have visited more than three times will not need to use a credit card for phone bookings unless they have breached the cancellation policy.

For existing Kalon clients, if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if they do not show up, a credit card will be necessary to secure any future appointments.

Guarantee Policy


Guarantee Policy:

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services and products.

If you find yourself less than 100% satisfied with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment to arrange for an adjustment service. Any concerns reported after 7 days from your initial appointment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for a redo.

For products purchased, returns can be made within 14 days. Opened and minimally used items may receive store credit, while unused products that remain resellable—meaning their packaging is unaltered—will be eligible for a refund based on the original payment within the 14-day window. Please note that products cannot be returned or credited after 14 days from the date of purchase.


Holiday Gifting Return Policy:

Any retail items that remain unopened and in resellable condition—meaning the packaging has not been altered or opened—purchased between November 15th and December 31st can be returned for store credit, provided they are returned by January 31st of the following year. Returns must include the receipt as proof of purchase.

Gift card Policy


Gift Card Policy:

Kalon Hair Skin Wellness gift cards make an ideal present for anyone, suitable for any occasion, and can only be redeemed at our Kalon Hair Skin Wellness location. These gift cards can be applied towards any service or product purchase, except for those in collaboration with MetabolicCareNP. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Additionally, they are non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be used to buy another gift card. Prices for services may vary. Kalon is not liable for any lost or stolen gift cards.

Your personal belongings are important to us, and we want you to have a wonderful experience in our establishment. While we strive to create a safe environment, we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items or clothing during your visit. We kindly encourage you to keep an eye on your belongings to ensure they remain safe while you enjoy your time at the salon. Thank you for your understanding!
